AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days 2000 - Mid Ohio Sports Car Course loading pictures - please be patient (click on the picture to see larger size)
We stayed in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. This is the town center.	Here we are at the front entrance to the Mt. Vernon Inn.	It was a quaint little place with a court yard and each room decorated in a different theme.
Breakfast was cooked on the spot to order by Helga the owner.	And, boy, was it good!	And there was a nice pogoda for outdoor entertainment and socializing.
Arrival and parking at the racetrack was the start of a great day.	First we hit the demo rides before the lines got long.	Mary and I tried out a Road King and Jackie took it for a spin also.
Afterward we went for a beer. Some lines just can't be avoided.	Most of us drank the beer but some folks preferred to wear it.	Now for a rest in shade with our beer and sun screen.
Let's go to the races! This is the starting line of the Mid Ohio Sports Car Course.	We've got a very good vantage point. Pass the beer cooler, please!	It was really a trip back in time to hear the announcer calling out marques from years ago like BSA, Triumph, Norton, and Indian.
